Email

Office365

We use Office365 for our regular business email communication. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email communication confidentially.

Payment processors

Pay.nl

For handling part of the payments in our webshop, we use the payment service provider Pay.nl. Pay.nl processes your name, address, place of residence and payment details, such as your bank account number or credit card number. Pay.nl has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.

Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in that context, to share anonymised data with third parties. Mollie

For handling part of the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, place of residence and payment details, such as your bank account number or credit card number. Shipping and logistics

PostNL

When you place an order with us, it is our task to have your parcel delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL for carrying out deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary for us to share your name, address and place of residence with PostNL. PostNL uses this data only for the performance of the agreement. If PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL may also make your data available to these parties.
