• Within 14 days after receiving your order, you have the right to return items to us.

• If you withdraw the entire order, you will receive the purchase amount including the standard outbound shipping costs. The return shipping costs are payable by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

• If you return one or more items from the order, you will receive a refund for those items only.

• The costs of returning a parcel are payable by the customer.

• The refund amount will be paid back within 14 days after we have received the parcel, to the account from which the payment was made.

• Used items and products that have not been properly packaged by the customer and arrive damaged at whiskyboeken.nl will not be credited.

Returns

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us without any problem within 14 days. Items can only be returned under the following conditions, as far as reasonably possible:

The items are in their original packaging.
The item can be sent to our warehouse properly packed, preferably in the original shipping box from whiskyboeken.nl.

To help us process returned items quickly, please include the following information in the parcel:

• Invoice or order confirmation with order number.
• The number of returned products.
• Reason for return, preferably with the completed withdrawal form.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrectly delivered item, please contact our customer service first. Mention your order number, add a photo of the item and describe the problem.

If the return is not due to an error on our part, for example if too many items were ordered or the wrong items were ordered, the return shipping costs are payable by the buyer.

Returns are at the buyer’s risk. This means that whiskyboeken.nl is not liable for damage to or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask the postal service for the tracking code or so-called 3S number and keep it safe.

For credited items, we aim to refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
